Cancellations made 15 or more days before the visit date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds or date changes are available within 14 days of the reservation, including for weather-related cancellations. Please notify us promptly if your plans change by emailing info@barrcamp.com or responding directly to your email confirmation. Refunds are not provided for missed meals or unused reservations.
